On behalf of Ubet and in conjunction with IBM, we were engaged to improve customer engagement of outdoor self-service wagering terminals.
Tabcorp is Australia’s leading diversified gambling entertainment group and is the largest provider of lotteries, Keno, wagering and gaming products and services in Australia.
Since 1991 NEO has worked closely with different areas of the Tabcorp business to help improve customer engagement a with wagering self-service terminal and concierge kiosks.
More recently, Neo has designed, developed and evolved self-service wagering and concierge terminals suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, specified with a 21” touch screen and lightweight robust housing, along with options for a barcode reader, bet slip printer, mark sense card reader and cash handling module.
We continue to work closely with Tabcorp to create innovative solutions that will stand the test of time.
The terminals can be configured with an optional barcode reader, bet slip printer, mark sense card reader and cash handling module and can be mounted on either a wall, counter or pedestal.
