How to locate the Serial Numbers for your
Head Unit or Kiosk

All products sold by Neo Products have a unique serial number. Some products may contain additional serial numbers for components and parts within the unit like Printers, PC’s, Screens, etc.

The label for your Head Unit or Kiosk will generally be found on the back of the unit. This label carries the warranty information for your unit as well as the individual components within the unit and should be provided to the Neo Service team should you need support. Removing this label voids the warranty.

Every head unit or Kiosk has its own serial number and will look like this:
00000-GA001-1548

How to locate the Serial Number for your Component
or Assembly

To effectively support you with your product, we may also ask you to provide the serial number for the component you need help with.

For example: LCD/Screen, PCs, Power Supply Units, Printers. These components carry their own serial numbers which allow us to manager repairs for these components without returning the entire kiosk.

The serial label will generally be found on the back of the component. Examples of what these might look like:
