NEO was engaged by IBM on behalf of Ubet to help improve the engagement of their Self Service Wagering Terminals. NEO designed and developed a custom designed mobile wagering terminals to suit outdoor environments. A terminal with a core module with a 21” projected-capacitive touchscreen in a lightweight and robust housing.
NEO have supplied over 3,000 SSWT and concierge terminals for Ubet. During the 25 year relationship with IBM, NEO has supplied a further twelve thousand self service terminals to a number of IBM managed projects. NEO are still working closely with Ubet and IBM to create innovative solutions that stand the test of time.
NEO have supplied over 3,300 SSWTs and concierge kiosks since 2011.
